My wife and I hired MOcean to install a FORTIFIED roof on our home along the Inner Coastal. Not only was MOcean's office staff and project manager involved in every step of the process, their crews were professional and clean. From start to finish these guys beat expectations. I'm a fairly particular customer and these guys delivered on all my little nitpicks; to include custom-ordering color matching drip-edge and supporting a last minute change order to install standing seam metal on the front porch. I appreciate the team's effort and would absolutely consider them in the future.

We had a total renovation where MOcean had to gut the inside due to age, mold and not being taken care of. All widows, siding, hardwood floors were also replaced. We can’t say enough good things about Kevin & MOcean, his employees and subs! They were great to work with. MOcean even had an engineer come out to ensure things were done safely. He guided us to an excellent interior decorator and landscaper. Kevin oversaw everything and was not satisfied until we were satisfied. We could always depend on questions/concerns answered even after hours. We now have a beautiful home to enjoy.

Wow! The best experience I have had with a contractor. Great initial meeting with Levi. Provided great advice on my roof repairs. Straight shooter, good communications, had a proposal a few hours later. Fairly priced. Scheduled to have the work done shortly thereafter. MOCEAN was excellent to work with! They did a complete outdoor remodel for our home in Old Southport - including metal roof, windows, doors, siding, painting, front porch, and a two-story back deck. They not only understood our vision, but went out of their way to help us add small details to help the end design come to fruition.
